Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing an election rally in Darbhanga's Keoti in poll-bound Bihar, took a hidden jibe at opposition leaders, Congress's Rahul Gandhi, RJD's Tejashwi Yadav, and Samajwadi Party's Akhilesh Yadav, comparing them with "three monkeys" - Pappu, Tappu, and Appu.
He stated that just like Mahatma Gandhi's three monkeys, who "speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil", these three leaders are also blind, deaf, and mute to the truth of development taking place in Bihar.
Yogi said, "Just as Gandhiji had three monkeys, today the INDIA alliance has brought in three monkeys in the name of Pappu, Tappu, and Appu. Pappu cannot speak the truth or say anything good. Tappu cannot see any truth, and Appu cannot hear the truth."

Further, he accused the Mahagathbandhan of colluding with mafias and pitting caste against caste in Bihar.
Yogi said, "These people cannot see the development done by the NDA. These three people hug and mingle with the family mafias and disrupt the security of the state."
Adding, "With guns and pistols, they tainted Bihar's entire system. These are the same people who divide you based on caste, invite infiltrators, tamper with your faith, and then undermine national security."
Congress hits backIn response to Yogi's statements, Congress countered the UP Chief Minister, saying that he insulted Lord Hanuman.
Congress leader Pawan Khera said, "He is a Yogi, but he is insulting Hanuman ji. Imagine a Yogi insulting Hanuman ji. What can we say? The public is watching and hearing this."
It's just three days to go for the Bihar Assembly elections, as the first phase of the assembly polls is scheduled to take place on November 6. The second phase will be conducted on November 11, with the counting of votes to follow on November 14.
