Swami Chaitanyanda Saraswati, alias Parth Sarthy's sexual harassment case has turned massive and scandalous with fresh allegations surfacing against the self-styled godman.

New revelations against Saraswati state that he allegedly seized phones and certificates of students to instill fear, threatening them with a deduction of marks if they told anyone or complained. One of the female students complained that he used to send inappropriate texts like "Baby, I love you."

Chaitanyanada Saraswati is the ex-Chairman of Shri Sharada Institute of Indian Management Research in New Delhi. He now faces allegations of molesting female students, with accounts of 32 women who reported repeated harassment by him. The matter came to light on August 5, when a complaint was filed against Saraswati. Apart from the molestation charges, financial irregularities have been found against him, which involve a trust worth Rs 122 crore. Some shocking details with chilling revelations were made in the six-page FIR.

In one of the incidents, the female students were allegedly lined up during a Holi celebration and were told that Swami Chaitanyananda would be the first to apply colour to them. The FIR, based on statements of a 21-year-old, read, "Each student had to say 'Hariom' and bow before him, after which he would apply colour to their cheeks and the parting of hair (maang)." Surprisingly, a female teacher conveyed this order to the students.

She also stated that Chaitanyananda used to send her personal messages like, "Baby, I love you. I adore you. You are looking very beautiful today." He also complimented students' curly hair.

The FIR detailed incidents where Saraswati used to threaten over marks if they tried to object. During an industrial visit to Rishikesh in June 2025, the accused allegedly called female students at odd hours and threatened to deduct their exam scores. The student also alleged that she was warned that the cops would target her brother.

According to PTI, one of the survivors' friends revealed that the accused seized their phones so that they could "focus on studies", taking their original certificates, and threatening to end their careers.

He said, "He marked students first and asked them to deposit their phones so they could 'focus on their studies.' The phones would remain in his custody for some time, and in return, he would hand over a new one of his choice. This ensured that communication was under his control and did not reach anyone else."

It was a compulsion for the students to submit their original certificates, which were returned only after completion of the course. He added, "This created a sense of fear, as every student's career was locked there. If anyone dared to resist or complain, they were worried that their certificates might never be returned, ruining their careers."

Further saying, "Girls were frequently warned that their careers would be destroyed if they opposed him. Some were even expelled from the institute. Finally, someone dared to raise her voice."
