Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Bihar's Aurangabad on Friday, stated that people do not want a 'katta sarkar.' Lashing out at the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar, he alleged that people of Jungle Raj have everything that endangers investment and jobs in the state.

Further, waging a sharp attack on the opposition, he added that the people of Jungle Raj, who are teaching kids to become "rangdaar" (gangsters), will promote crime and extortion if voted to power.

PM Modi said, "They are already talking about turning children into 'rangdar'. They are openly declaring that if their leader's government comes to power, there will be 'katta' (guns), 'donali' (double-barrel rifles), 'firauti' (extortion), 'rangdari' (ransom) - all of it will return."

He stated firmly, "Bihar doesn't want a government of guns. Bihar doesn't want a government of misrule."

Adding, "The people of Jungle Raj have everything that is harmful for investment and jobs...You have to stay alert to them. Bihar doesn't need a 'katta' and bad governance...NDA will make Bihar developed. Bihar has faith in NDA's honest manifesto."

Targeting the opposition's alliance, PM Modi pointed out that Congress was given those seats where RJD never won in the past 35-40 years. He also attacked Tejashwi Yadav, saying that he earned the CM face by "stealing it at gunpoint."

Asserting confidence in people's trust in NDA, he said that the first phase of polls is proof that people have reposed their trust in the track record of "Narendra and Nitish."

The PM added, "Yesterday, the voters of Bihar broke all records. Never before in the history of the state has there been such a high poll percentage. Much of the credit goes to mothers and sisters who turned up in large numbers to raise the turnout to nearly 65 percent. It is evident that they all have trust in the track record of Narendra and Nitish."

Bihar witnessed a record turnout of 64.66 percent in the first phase of the assembly elections on Thursday.
